Of course you would, after all you’re their biggest fan right? Regardless, there’s something so much more distinctive about hearing “Lady Gaga” ring out, rather than “order for Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta”.

We know it. And they know it. That’s why as soon as celebrities start to become even the teensiest bit famous, they go ahead and change their name. A tiger with new stripes. Transformed overnight. Honestly, I’d probably do the same. What about you?

In fact, for those of you thinking right now “Well, what would my celebrity name be? How would I even decide?” Apparently, if you’re not too picky you don’t even need to put in a lot of effort. Just take the Donald Glover route and go to a name generator online. It’s as simple as that.

From here on out, according to the name generator – I shall be known as “Vizual Ambassador”. Okay, it doesn’t have quite the same ring to it as “Childish Gambino” but you get the point.

Changing a name, in theory, could really be that simple. It’s the becoming famous part that’s difficult I guess.
